Inspired by hardy North Atlantic ingredients and traditional French cooking methods, the cuisine found in Saint-Pierre et Miquelon is emblematic of the blend of cultures found on the islands, where fine French wines and cheeses line the shelves and cod and lobster are fished just off shore.
