Kevin Massey, raised up and trained in Dublin, Ireland in the height of the Celtic tiger and the economic boom therein. Trained for 5 years to achieve a BA (Hons) in Culinary arts, majoring on pastry. He spent his college years honing his pastry skills working in the some of most prestigious restaurants, hotels and bakeries in Ireland. After working in the U.S. for a time he decided to try his hand in the comparatively small town of St. John's. He has been here for 13 years, continually developing his skills in his newfound home. Currently he runs a successful home bakery business called The Old Dublin Bakery, synonymous for his take on traditional, non preserved baked goods. You can find him weekly at The St John's farmers market, often at Some Good market and many other events alike.
