With 25 years experience in the industry Amy decided to take the leap and open her own spot. The Nook and Cannery opened in 2021 during the second wave of the pandemic .2 years strong, the restaurant serves unpretentious fusion comfort foods of wide varieties and base most dishes upon farm fresh seasonal offerings and locally foraged goods which also get preserved for the long winter. Excited to be a part of her their first Roots!
