Chef Amy Anthony has been in the industry for over 20 years. Her most recent achievement was opening the Nook and Cannery Inc. in 2021.
Chef Amy is stoked to be back for a third year and to try round two of cod wars. Always a laugh and great scenery to lap up here in Elliston. Bon appetite !
