Amy Anthony is owner and executive chef of The Nook and Cannery in St. John's NL. She creates a menu based on local comfort foods, often with international fusion twists.
The Nook and Cannery serves up unpretentious delicious food based on seasonal local produce availability in a comfy throw-back vintage atmosphere.
This is Chef Amy's second year at Roots. She will be slinging a delicious local pork dish at the feast!
