The Hike is a culinary journey along Elliston’s stunning coastline, featuring a lineup of celebrated visiting chefs and culinary trailblazers from across Canada and beyond.
Along the trail, enjoy thoughtfully prepared tastings paired locally brewed craft beer and wine, all set against rugged cliffs, historic root cellars, and sweeping coastal views. Live music flows through the landscape as each stop offers a new flavour and perspective. The journey concludes at The Picnic with decadent desserts, locally roasted coffee, and the fresh ocean breeze.
