The Hike begins at 11:30 am at Elliston Municipal Park and continues for 2.5 kilometers into the community of Maberly and back again. Along the path, you will find chefs from all over North America turning Newfoundland local ingredients into the most amazing culinary creations. Close your eyes and you could be in the finest 5-star restaurant, but you won't want to close your eyes. You'll be taking in the view of rugged coastlines, grassy knolls and the dozens of root cellars that dot the route. 
Along the way, rest at an old potato garden and sample Newfoundland craft beer or lean on a fence that once kept the sheep in while sipping wine. Stop and dance a jig or sing along to the local musicians that will entertain you at each station.
