The Hike — 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
At 11:30 a.m., the adventure begins!
Chef stations will open in staggered intervals (not all at once), so please be patient. Our chefs are “Come From Aways” and may need a few extra minutes to get cozy with Newfoundland’s weather
Along the trail, you’ll discover five chef stations, each featuring a one-of-a-kind dish crafted with local Newfoundland & Labrador ingredients. Please only visit each station once.
Plus: one wine station and one beer station along the route.
A note on pours: Newfoundland & Labrador Liquor rules mean servers can only pour 2 oz. wine and 4 oz. beer per samples.
The Dessert Picnic — 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
End your hike on a sweet note! Stop by Gary Baker Memorial Park for dessert paired with locally roasted coffee and tea.

Live music along the trail.
As you make your way along The Hike, you’ll encounter live musicians at each station! Each group will perform for about two hours, so while there won’t be music playing continuously along the entire route, there will be plenty of tunes to enjoy as you explore.
Just like the chef stations, performances are staggered, so not all music kicks off at 11:30 a.m.—every stop has its own special rhythm!
