JP Pedhirney was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. He has put together an impressive career over the last 20 years, spanning from Michelin starred Blackbird in Chicago and most recently, he has worked at some of Calgary’s finest restaurants. In 2017 JP was named Foodie of the Year by Western Living Magazine. He is currently the VP of Culinary Operations for Concorde Entertainment Group, overseeing 20 notable restaurant concepts such as Bridgette Bar, Lulu Bar & Major Tom which was recently awarded Best New Restaurant and Ranked #13 by Canada’s 100 Best Magazine.
