Ian and Steve are coming from Supply and Demand in Ottawa, recently featured in Canada's 100 best. Steve has helmed the kitchen at Supply for over 10 years, over seeing a small, focused menu emphasizing seasonal cooking. Supply aims to be the best possible neighborhood restaurant with unfussy dishes paired with sound technique. A decade long dedication has led to Supply being featured in New York Times, Maclean's, Enroute's best new restaurants, Ottawa Magazine and many others. As a native of Newfoundland and Labrador Steve relishes any opportunity to return home too cook!
