Jonathan runs the Jewish Deli every Saturday at the St. John's Farmer's Market. Specializing in Ashkenazi classics and Sephardic flavours, he sources seasonal ingredients from farmers, fishers, and foragers all the way to Central Newfoundland! He is no stranger to pop-ups around town and is a proud Roots Alumni - serving up Friday night pickled appetizers or slinging smoked meat by the shore with his old pal Zane! It's been a dream to return to Elliston and he can't wait to see all of you.
