The Old Dublin Bakery
Kevin Massey was raised up and trained in Dublin, Ireland at the height of the Celtic tiger and the economic boom therein. Trained for 5 years to achieve a BA (Hons) in Culinary arts, majoring on pastry. He spent his college years honing his pastry skills working in the some of most prestigious restaurants, hotels and bakeries in Ireland. After working in the U.S. for a time he decided to try his hand in the comparatively small town of St. John's. He has been here for 13 years, continually developing his skills in his newfound home. Currently, Kev runs a successful bakery in St. John's called The Old Dublin Bakery, synonymous for his take on traditional, non-preserved baked goods.
