The Q Returns! Chef Steve Quinton is back “On The Knife” and back “In The Pit”. Join him Friday night during the Cod Wars Reception as he demonstrates his oyster shucking prowess, popping the bivalve beauties from Merasheen Bay Oysters.

have your first. Want to learn to shuck? Learn from the best shuckers Newfoundland’s produced. Saturday, Chef Q is in the barbecue pit with whole hogs for a day-long cook up; local pigs raised by The Bearded Beekeeper of Port Blandford.
