Chris is the Chef of The Post Taphouse, in Torbay, and has previously headed up the kitchens of Brewdock and Adelaide Oyster House, among others. Chris has worked all around Newfoundland and in Nova Scotia as well, and is well-seasoned in different food festivals including Roots, Rants and Roars in Elliston and Songs, Stages, and Seafood in Bay Roberts. Born and bred on the island, memories of Nan's kitchen and the sea air are a big influence. He loves to be a craftsman of food and to put together great ingredients simply but with extreme pops of flavour.
