Hilarie Vatcher
No. 4 Cathedral
St. John's
Hilarie Vatcher is the incredibly talented Pastry Chef and Co-owner of No. 4 Cathedral. After studying Culinary Arts in Toronto, Chef Hilarie returned to St. John's at 25 and took the reins of the Pastry Program and the infamous cake table at Mallard Cottage. A Season 3 contestant on Chopped Canada, she has also catered for film and TV and served as a personal chef for celebrities, including Aquaman himself. At No. 4 Cathedral, Hilarie crafts delectable sweets designed to surprise the senses and evoke the comfort of home.
