John Abbott, graduated with honours 2015 at CNA Bonavista campus. He has developed his expertise in cooking and baking through years of experience, including training under Red Seal chefs.

John now works alongside his daughter at The Bicycle Picnics Café & Bistro, focusing on baking while passing down his passion for the craft to his two granddaughters.
