Chef Nick has been cooking up farm to table food at The Grounds Cafe in Portugal Cove, NL since 2017. He released a cookbook in 2023!

Chef Nick loves to cook local vegetables and seafood with a rustic but unique approach, always delivering eye pleasing and flavour packed dishes.

Outside of the culinary scene, Chef Nick loves enjoying Newfoundland outdoors, biking, hiking, and playing squash.
