Olga Vorobyova is the Head Chef at Bannerman Brewing Co. in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Trained as an engineer and shaped by kitchens across Spain and the United States, her culinary career began in Ibiza in 2014 and continued through New York City, where she worked in fine-dining and hotel kitchens recognized by the Michelin Guide and Forbes.

After serving as sous chef at acclaimed restaurants including Freek’s Mill, Leuca, and Mohonk Mountain House, Olga relocated to Canada and brought her experience to Newfoundland. Prior to Bannerman, she worked as sous chef with Namjim. Her cooking is influenced by her Ukrainian heritage and life in Newfoundland, blending tradition, technique, and a strong sense of place.
