Todd Perrin, hailing from Long Pond in Conception Bay, has a passion for showcasing the rich flavours and unique ingredients of his home province. His career spanning nearly 30 years has been inspired by the vibrant local culture and the abundant natural resources of Newfoundland & Labrador.

As former Chef and co-founder of Mallard Cottage in Quidi Vidi Village, Todd and team focused on farm-to-table dining, emphasizing sustainability and the use of locally sourced ingredients.

In 2024, Todd and his partner Jynn Gibson took their brand of food service and hospitality from Quidi Vidi to Water Street with the opening of the new venture - Rabble!

Todd's commitment to the culinary arts extends beyond the kitchen. He is an advocate for local food producers and actively participates in community events, sharing his knowledge and passion with aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts alike. He continues to inspire others with his creativity, dedication, and love for the flavours of Newfoundland & Labrador.
