A graduate of the culinary program at SAIT in Calgary, Denise has 20 yrs in the industry, catering to a wide spectrum of events and honing her skills at various restaurants and hotels throughout Canada.
In recent years, her primary focus has been her catering business, Root 20 Food, in Flatrock, NL. Specializing in private dinner parties and interactive cooking classes. Her passion is deeply rooted in her desire to deliver quality food while having lots of fun in the process!
