Registration — 5:00 p.m.

Upon arrival at Elliston Municipal Park, please check in at the registration booth. Present your tickets and receive your registration package.

If you already checked in at The Hike, you do not need to register again.

Your package includes:

• Event wristbands (please put these on immediately)

• Event booklet

• Wine glass (to be reused all weekend)

Guests attending multiple events will receive everything they need at their first check-in.

Gates Open — 6:15 p.m.

Show your wristband to security for entry. As per NL Liquor regulations, outside alcohol is not permitted and bag checks may be conducted.

Inside the park, you’ll be welcomed with a beverage sampling. Enjoy this time to explore, experience live music, and settle in before dinner.

Welcome! The Feast Begins — 7:00 p.m.

Dinner will be served under the main tent. Please be seated by 7:00 p.m.

Tables are set for six — to avoid splitting your group, please arrive on time and ensure your table is full. This eight-course meal is served family-style, with platters shared among your table.

Live music.

Throughout the evening, enjoy live entertainment from local musicians on the park stage.

Lively tunes keep the energy high and the dance floor moving—setting the perfect backdrop for a night of food, fun, and celebration!
